Submitting a booking inquiry through our website, by phone, or on WhatsApp is entirely free and places you under no immediate financial obligation.

A booking is only considered confirmed once you and our team have agreed upon the itinerary details, travel dates, passenger count, and pricing, and after confirmation details are finalized directly with our team.

All trip rates are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD / DHS) unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Each tour page clearly specifies what is included (such as local guides, dedicated tourist transport, accommodation with breakfast, or scheduled activities) and what is excluded (such as lunches, dinners unless noted, tips, personal expenses, and optional excursions).

Prices are based on scheduled departure dates and group tiers. Custom or private departures receive a tailored quote prior to confirmation.

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact details during the reservation process.

You are responsible for holding valid identification (national ID card for Moroccan citizens/residents, or a valid passport for international visitors and international journeys such as Istanbul) and complying with all relevant entry or health requirements.

Travelers are expected to adhere to scheduled departure times and respect the cultural traditions and communities visited throughout Morocco.

While we make every effort to follow published itineraries, route adjustments may occasionally be required due to weather, road conditions in mountain or coastal areas (such as the Rif), or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, our priority is always traveler safety and comfort, and we will provide suitable alternatives of equivalent quality.
