If mountain or coastal weather causes minor route disruptions, our team adjusts the day's itinerary to provide safe, equivalent alternative visits. In the rare event that severe weather or unsafe conditions force a scheduled departure to be cancelled by the operator, you are offered an immediate choice between a full refund or rebooking onto the next available departure date.

Because our booking process is inquiry-based, no payment is taken until departure details and group arrangements are confirmed with you directly. In the rare event that a scheduled group departure cannot operate, you are contacted promptly and offered the choice to rebook onto an alternate departure date, switch to a private departure, or receive a full refund.
