Submitting an inquiry or booking request carries no fee and requires no upfront payment.
You are free to adjust travel dates, party size, or tour options before confirming your reservation with our team.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Requests
If you need to change your departure date or cancel your trip, notify our team as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone.
We make every effort to reschedule your journey to an upcoming departure date without penalties, subject to hotel and seat availability.
3. Partner & Accommodation Commitments
Once travel arrangements are confirmed, specific third-party commitments (such as flight tickets for Dakhla or Istanbul, or non-refundable riad rooms) are subject to partner terms.
We coordinate directly with our partners to minimize any cancellation costs and provide the fairest possible outcome.
4. Cancellation by the Operator / Weather
In the rare event that A&D Voyage must cancel a scheduled departure due to severe weather, safety conditions, or unforeseen events, travelers will be offered an immediate choice of: (a) a full refund, or (b) rebooking on the next available departure date.
