Important information & booking terms
- Booking requires a clear passport photo and national ID photo, both valid for at least 6 months.
- A non-refundable deposit of at least 5,000 DH is required within 24 hours to confirm a booking.
- A booking confirmation and invoice are sent by email once your request is received.
- Flight tickets are issued 5 days before departure, sent via WhatsApp or email.
- The remaining balance is due 5 days before departure, or once the ticket is issued.
- Bookings close 15 days before departure.
- Hotel prices vary by room type; only one child per room benefits from the child rate.
- A single room is available for a supplement of 1,900–2,500 DH depending on season and hotel.
- Families of more than 3 travellers should contact us directly for a tailored quote.
- Cancelling within 15 days of departure forfeits some or all of the deposit.
- Travellers under 18 must provide a notarised parental travel authorisation.
- Between September and March, the Sapanca excursion may be replaced with a Bursa excursion.
